Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays, Note we are also closed Mondays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time during peak periods, such as Christmas. If there will be a significant delay in the processing of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
All orders via pre sale will receive an email confirming your order, then an estimated delivery date one the stock arrives in salon. Pre sale in in place as occasionally we get high volumes of orders and our suppliers have stock they are waiting on. By doing a pre order this gives you priority of our stock once it arrives. There is no guarantee on order times and delivery with this option.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We ship all orders via Sendle. Delivery delays outside of our control can occasionally occur.
We charge a flat shipping fee of $10 per order.
There are currently no known shipping delays
We offer free shipping within Australia on all orders over $150.
We offer free pick up from in salon. Please allow 1-2 business days. Once your order in in salon ready to pick up you will be notified. If you have urgency on a completed order please contact the salon directly on (02) 4309 6174 to organise priority pick up.

All orders are shipped from our salon, located in Erina NSW 2250.

Shipment to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers (based on courier)
We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers at this time. Please ensure you provide a physical street address when you place your order to speed up your processing time.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number.
Refunds, returns and exchanges
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. You can view our Returns Policy here
